Rally Assist provides the following services:
- Battery jumpstart services for cars and bikes
- Towing and roadside assistance
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Water wash and cleaning services
- Professional vehicle detailing
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) application
- Ceramic coating
- Puncture and tyre fixing
- Dashcam installation
3. Service Requests
When you request our services:
- You must provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
- You must be the owner or authorized user of the vehicle
- You must ensure safe access to the vehicle location
- Response times may vary based on location, traffic, and availability
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the service. We accept:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Bank transfers
- Debit/Credit cards
Prices may vary based on location, time of service, and complexity of work. Final pricing will be communicated before service commencement.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service request at any time before our executive arrives at your location. Once the executive has arrived, cancellation charges may apply.
6. Liability Limitations
While we take utmost care in providing our services:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions of your vehicle
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We recommend you inspect your vehicle after service completion
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not misuse our services for illegal purposes
- Treat our service executives with respect
- Pay for services rendered in full
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Rally Assist and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
