1. Service Coverage Area
Rally Assist currently provides services across Bangalore and surrounding areas including:
- Electronic City
- Whitefield
- Marathahalli
- Koramangala
- Indiranagar
- HSR Layout
- BTM Layout
- JP Nagar
- Banashankari
- And other areas within Bangalore city limits
For locations outside our regular coverage, please contact us to check availability and additional charges.
2. Response Time
Emergency Services (Battery Jumpstart, Towing, Fuel Delivery, Puncture):
- We aim to reach you within 30-45 minutes within Bangalore city limits
- Response time may vary based on traffic conditions, distance, and availability
- You will receive updates on our executive's estimated arrival time
Scheduled Services (Detailing, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Wash):
- Services are scheduled at mutually agreed upon time and date
- We will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance
- Our executive will arrive within the scheduled time window
3. Service Execution
At Your Location:
- Most services are performed at your location (home, office, parking area)
- You must ensure adequate space and access for our team to work
- For services like PPF and ceramic coating, we may require the vehicle at our facility
Service Without Your Presence:
- For services like water wash and cleaning, you don't need to be present
- You must provide vehicle access (keys or parking access)
- We will share before-and-after photos via WhatsApp
- Payment can be made via UPI after photo verification

5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your service:
- At least 2 hours before the scheduled time for emergency services
- At least 24 hours before for scheduled services (detailing, PPF, etc.)
- No rescheduling fee for the first reschedule
- Repeated rescheduling may result in a nominal fee
6. Weather & External Factors
In case of unfavorable conditions:
- Heavy rain may delay outdoor services
- We will notify you of any delays due to weather
- Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to weather
7. Service Completion
Upon completion of service:
- Our executive will demonstrate the work done (if you're present)
- Before-and-after photos will be shared via WhatsApp
- You will be asked to verify and approve the service
- Payment is collected after service completion
